RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS / DIGITAL DESIGNS

All digital product sales are final due to the nature of customized, downloadable files and your permanent access to them once they’ve been delivered. Thanks for understanding. If you’re not sure if a digital product is a good fit for you, or if you have any questions, please email us at hello@stixel.co anytime and ask all the questions you’d like. (Digital products and/or digital designs includes business cards, flyers, social media kits, social media graphics, Instagram stories,  and the-like.) This also includes instant downloadable products.

PREMADE & CUSTOM LOGOS

If you decide to cancel your order after we’ve started customizing your design, no refund will be given, under no circumstances. This includes any add-ons, such as vector files. All sales are final.

CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS

If you decide to cancel a print order after the design process has started, but BEFORE the printing process has started – we will only refund up to 40% of your total order to cover the cost of all the setup and design work. If printing process has already started – no refunds will be given, under no circumstances. There are no returns, reprints or full refunds given. Please double check your previews, designs and orders and be aware of this policy before ordering. 

Lost/Damaged/Delayed Packages:

STIXEL STUDIO cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the Malaysia Postal Service. No refunds, redesigns or reprints will be made due to lost, damaged or delayed packages. All packages can be insured for an additional fee. Just ask!

ABANDONMENT OF PROJECT

All orders not fully completed, redeemed or approved fourteen (14) days after the original order date are not eligible for refunds.

If you fail to respond to us for a period of fourteen (14) days or more (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing), any project or service is considered abandoned and is closed. If that happens, we reserve the right to keep all payments made and bill you for all extra work completed up until that point. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project, a new agreement and/or order will be required and will be subject to current pricing at that time. We do not archive abandoned/closed project files.
